Whitley Award 2011 winner Jana Bedek’s subterranean work is featured on BBC Radio 4′s ‘Costing the Earth’ and BBC 2′s ‘Newsnight’
Jana’s work and the importance of conserving the Dinaric Ark’s karstic habitats was featured in two of the BBC’s flagship current affairs programmes. ‘Costing the Earth: Cave Carnage’ was broadcast on Radio 4 on 31st August 2011 and a companion report was also shown on BBC 2′s Newsnight on the same date.
