25th Anniversary Fund

To mark WFN’s 25th Anniversary, we’ve set the ambitious goal of raising an additional £1 million for conservation in 2018. As our global Winner Network – now 200 strong – continues to grow, so too does the need to provide sustained support to our past winners.

Conservation results simply cannot be achieved in a single year, and to have real long-term impact, we are dedicated to increasing our potential to fund winners beyond their Whitley Award.

To meet our goal, we’re hosting a fundraising Hope Gala on 14th November at the Natural History Museum. The evening, compered by our Ambassador Kate Humble, and featuring a spectacular, sustainable show by Fashion for Conservation, will celebrate conservation success. With speakers including our Trustee, Sir David Attenborough, as well as past Whitley Award winners, the evening is sure to inspire and entertain. We’re proud to have the support of our 25th Anniversary Fund lead pledge maker, the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation, for this important milestone.

For our loyal supporters, as well as newcomers, who cannot attend our Gala, we invite you to support us by making a contribution towards our 25th Anniversary Fund.

In the face of global challenges, we all need to be a part of the solution. Every donation – large or small – together can make a real difference in supporting conservation efforts worldwide!
