The 2022 Whitley Award winners will be announced live on Wednesday 27 April, streamed to YouTube from 8pm BST. It promises to be an inspirational evening: watch the trailer narrated by WFN Trustee, Sir David Attenborough.
These world-leading prizes recognise grassroots conservationists bringing communities together in the Global South, to benefit wildlife, climate and people.
They are supported by a worldwide family of WFN donors, with every donation made during April doubled by Our Local Planet Match Fund.
Each of us, wherever we live, can take action for conservation; WFN brings changemakers together, so that our collective impact is global.
