The 2026 Whitley Awards

Join us online as we celebrate the latest Whitley Award winners on Wednesday 29 April

We will announce our 2026 Whitley Award winners live from the Royal Geographical Society, London. The ceremony will be live streamed worldwide from 7.30pm BST, and hosted by WFN Ambassadors Tom Heap and Kate Humble with the awards presented by our Patron HRH The Princess Royal.

This year, we’ll also celebrate WFN Ambassador Sir David Attenborough’s upcoming 100th birthday. By sharing his awe and wonder for nature, he has inspired people around the world – including Whitley Award winners – to do all we can to protect our planet, for all life on Earth.
