A huge thank you to everyone who supported our cause during this year’s Big Give week
We are delighted to share that we have surpassed our goal of raising £100,000 through the UK’s biggest match-funding scheme!
Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we raised a grand total of £126,897.50 through the Christmas Challenge match funding initiative. That’s £114,193 in donations, plus £12,704.50 in Gift Aid, courtesy of 40 donors.
This year’s fundraising was supported by our December supporter events: Insights from the Amazon held at the Royal Institution, London, and our WFN NextGen networking evening with conservation heroes.
The funds we have raised together through the Big Give Christmas Challenge will help to support our 2024 Continuation Funding winners; Whitley Award alumni who are poised to scale-up proven projects and make an even greater impact for wildlife and local communities.
